Katie’s Birthday

Katie’s birthday was so fun.  The whole Johnson side of the family came to our grandparents’ house to celebrate.  Everyone    had celebrated Megan’s baptism right before that.  Our friends the Astons and the Petersons also came to Megan’s baptism.

Our baby cousin Dallas is so cute!

On Katie’s cake the candles were shaped like the number 13. It was so good!

Waffles

Once my mom made something new for our family to try.  She made amazing waffles.  We put yummy syrup and some delicious honey butter.  Before I ate it I could smell the waffles and they smelled wonderful.  Those waffles were the best waffles I had ever had.  I ate so much I felt sick, but it was worth it.  My whole family loved it so much, we always want her to make it.

Happiness

If happiness was a color,

It would be shining yellow, as bright as the hot shining sun.

If happiness was a taste,

It would be just like creamy chocolate.

If happiness was a felling,

It would be as happy as you are when you get a good grade.

If happiness was a small,

It would smell like hot pasta when I walk into the kitchen.

If happiness was a sound,

I would be as soft and sweet as a lullaby.

     Ryan has basketball games every Saturday. I watch them warm up.

     I checked the score.  10 to 18. We are losing.  

               At the end of the game, the score was 25 to 46. We got 25. But it’s OK, maybe we’ll win the next game.

Nutcrackers

 

     Mom and Daddy bought A LOT of nutcrackers on their trip to Seiffen.

     Now they are all around our house!

My Birthday was awesome!

I got a 2013 calendar from mom and dad, the Wii game Just Dance from mom and dad, the book The Magician’s Elephant from mom and dad,a paper that spelled ‘EM’ out of gum from Ryan, a cute jacket from Grandma and Grandpa Johnson, Whipple craft’n fun crème from Grandma and Grandpa Johnson, a cute shirt from Grandma and Grandpa Johnson, sparkly shoes from Grandma and Grandpa Johnson, and a ‘Happiness’ willow tree statue from Grandma and Grandpa Walton.

I enjoyed all of my presents. Thank you every one.
